W. Peter Ragan, Esq. earned his law degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 1974 and since his graduation he has practiced primarily in the area of creditor’s rights. Mr. Ragan has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar since 1974 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He served in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Captain after serving a tour of duty in the Republic of Vietnam. He received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from LaSalle University in 1968. Today he continues his lifelong focus on representing creditors and landlords.

W. Peter Ragan, Jr., Esq. earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Manhattan College 1992. Mr. Ragan then graduated, cum laude, from the Seton Hall University School of Law in May of 1996. Thereafter Mr. Ragan received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University in 2001. After Mr. Ragan’s graduation from Seton Hall he was employed by Blankenhorn & Ragan, PC as a litigation associate. His concentration has been and continues to be the representation of creditors and landlords.
